Yuzuru Hanyu (羽生結弦) is a Japanese figure skater, born on December 7, 1994. He is from Sendai, Japan and graduated from Tohoku High School. He was accepted to Waseda University and will attend classes online. He switched coach to Brian Orser in Toronto, Canada, after leaving longtime coach/choreographer, Nanami Abe in April, 2012.
